We use Supabase, a secure cloud database service, to store your data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations

• With service providers who assist in operating our app (under strict confidentiality agreements)

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Supabase — Database and authentication services
• Expo — App development and update services
• RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — Authentication services (if you choose to sign in with these providers)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

• Account information (name, email, avatar) is retained until you delete your account
• Practice history and progress data is retained to provide learning analytics
• Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes

After account deletion, all personally identifiable information is immediately anonymized. Anonymized, non-identifiable practice data (e.g. answer records with no link to your identity) may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analytics and service improvement. Data that we are required by law to retain will be kept for the legally mandated period.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by:

• Going to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app
• Or by contacting us at support@praxlo.com with a deletion request

Upon deletion, your login credentials are permanently removed, and all personal information (name, email, profile data) is immediately anonymized so it can no longer be associated with you. Anonymized practice records may be retained for aggregate analytics but cannot be traced back to your identity.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Opt-out of certain data collection

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is available to users of all ages. For users under 13 years of age, we require parental consent and take additional measures to protect their privacy in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
