Welcome to Praxlo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Praxlo mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Praxlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Praxlo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Praxlo is an English language learning application that provides:

  • Practice questions and exercises for workplace English
  • Progress tracking and learning analytics
  • Personalized learning recommendations
  • Achievement and gamification features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Any content you submit through the Service (such as feedback or suggestions) may be used by us to improve our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in the app
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the Service will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
